Our Services

Maintenance Matrix provides a service to improve your existing equipment maintenance practices and assist with the development of a managed Cost Savings Model. We work closely with your organization to identify, collect, and analyze all information regarding your organization’s equipment inventory and the method by which the equipment is currently being maintained. Based on the information/data collected, Maintenance Matrix will identify classes of equipment that maintenance costs can be reduced, resulting in the greatest amount of savings. Maintenance Matrix will provide a proposal of the total dollar savings that you can realize through the implementation of the Maintenance Matrix Cost Savings Model.

Services Offered:

  • Maintenance management of multiple electronic equipment types under one Equipment Maintenance Agreement.
  • Use of preferred service provider to perform the equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Alternative qualified service providers available, if necessary, including small, minority, and historically underrepresented business enterprises.
  • Direct payments to service providers after each service event.
  • Flexibility to customize equipment coverage.
  • Realize a “capped” yearly maintenance budget for covered equipment.
  • Extend equipment life by detailed management of maintenance activities.
  • Immediate savings applied to current full service contracts.
